Ella is Echo’s vice president. She joined Echo from CNN, where she was a senior reporter, breaking multiple stories on the Trump administration and Biden administration’s energy and climate policies. She extensively covered the Inflation Reduction Act and its impact on the economy.
Ella was previously a White House and Congressional reporter at Vox and a politics reporter at the Concord Monitor newspaper in New Hampshire. She has over a decade of experience covering politics and policy, including the 2016, 2018 and 2020 elections, as well as numerous legislative debates on Capitol Hill.
Ella is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. She lives in Boston with her husband, where she spends her free time up north hiking or skiing.
