Washington, DC—Moyer Strategies, a communications firm founded five years ago by a Capitol Hill leadership veteran with experience in high-profile presidential, U.S. Senate, and gubernatorial campaigns, announced today its new name: Echo Communications Advisors. The firm will now focus on providing strategic communications and guidance for renewable energy, climate, and climate tech clients in Washington and in state capitals across the country.

Chris Moyer founded the firm in 2020 as a one-person consultancy after more than a decade as a trusted advisor to:

• Former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (Nevada), supporting the implementation of over $90 billion in renewable energy programs through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
• U.S. Senator Cory Booker (New Jersey), now the fourth-ranked Democrat in the Senate, and former U.S. Senator Kay Hagan (North Carolina).
• State attorneys general who fought against harmful federal rollbacks of climate, renewable energy, and environmental policies during the first Trump administration.

Over the past five years, Echo Communications Advisors has grown into a reliable partner for some of the most prominent voices in climate and renewable energy. The firm has expanded its team to include veterans of presidential campaigns, environmental advocacy organizations, and leading public affairs firms.
